Hands down, Jeremy Schmidt's belt grinder is the best DIY belt grinder I have seen available on the Net. His plans are well written and easy to follow and the finished product is rock solid (check out the washer vibration test below). Jeremy Schmidt's DIY videos are both entertaining and informative.
